Biography
Diae El Jardi was born on 13 October 2000 in Meknes. She is right-handed. She began playing tennis at the age of seven and prefers hard courts.
As a junior she rose to No. 38 in the world (March 2018) and in the same year played in the main draws of the singles and doubles events of the junior Australian Open. She made her senior WTA tour debut at her home tournament in Rabat in 2018, receiving wild cards into the singles and doubles. Since 2016 she has played for the Morocco team in the Billie Jean King Cup.
Since 2019 she has played for the Rice University college team. Her main successes have come in doubles at ITF tournaments: five titles, including W50 events in Austin (2024) and Columbus (2026). In 2026, together with Younes El Aaroussi, she won a bronze medal in mixed doubles at the Mediterranean Games in Taranto.
In singles she has not risen above No. 940 (within recent seasons), and her highest position in the doubles rankings is No. 355. She continues to play mainly at ITF tournaments.
