Biography
Kitti Molnar was born on 6 July 2006 in Budapest, Hungary. She plays right-handed and uses a two-handed backhand. In junior tennis she played mainly on clay: in the ITF girls' ranking she rose to No. 158 on 1 January 2024. In November 2021 she was No. 440 in the combined ITF junior ranking, with 12 tournaments in singles and 10 in doubles. In professional tennis Molnar made her debut at ITF tournaments, and her most notable appearance at WTA level was at the home Budapest Open 125 in September 2022. Having received a wild card into the doubles draw, she played with Viktória Varga; the Hungarian pair won one round and lost to Shybek Kulambayeva and Diāna Marcinkēviča 4–6, 3–6. In singles Molnar has not yet won titles or reached the main draws of Grand Slam tournaments.
