Biography
Ksenia Laskutova was born on 29 August 1996 in Russia. She is right-handed and has played tennis since the age of seven. From 2014 to 2018 she played for the University of Tulsa (Oklahoma) team in the NCAA, three times won the American Athletic Conference championship with the team, and in 2018 was named the conference's best player of the season.
On the senior tour she mainly plays ITF tournaments. In singles she has won four titles, including two in 2024 — in Shymkent and Karaganda; she reached the finals in Antalya (2021) and Gwalior (2022, losing to her doubles partner Vaidehi Chaudhari). She has had more notable success in doubles: about two dozen ITF titles, including victories in Brașov, Hillcrest and Tumkur in 2024–2026.
In 2024 she made her WTA main-draw debut at the Thailand Open in Hua Hin, where she came through qualifying but lost in the first round to Nadia Podoroska. Her career-high singles ranking is No. 330 (7 October 2024).
