Biography
Loann Massard was born on 27 July 2005 in Grenoble. The Frenchman plays right-handed and is 180 cm tall, weighing about 74 kg. Like most compatriots of his generation, Massard came through the national federation system and ITF junior tournaments, and moved up to the senior tour in the early 2020s. His main arena is lower-category ITF events in France and neighbouring countries, where he feels equally confident on clay and indoors. The 2025 season was a breakthrough for him: in singles he won about three dozen matches, noticeably improving his ranking position, and at the same time added to his doubles record. The French Tennis Federation marked him with special invitations to the main draws of home Challengers; in particular, Massard received a wildcard for the tournament in Cherbourg. The Frenchman has not yet played at Grand Slam tournaments. Massard's career-high ATP ranking is 508th in singles and 409th in doubles; his career prize money exceeds 57 thousand dollars.
