Biography
Oriana Gniewkowska was born on 7 June 2006 in Poland, is right-handed and plays for the club KS Górnik Bytom. On the professional tour she is noticeably stronger in doubles than in singles, and it is doubles that bring her titles. In autumn 2025, together with Barbara Strzaszewska, she reached the semifinals of a $15,000 tournament in Monastir. The 2026 season was a breakthrough: first Gniewkowska won a doubles title at a tournament of the same category in Bielsko-Biala, partnering Marcelina Podlinska, and then took a second trophy in Radom, where with German Annemarie Lazar she beat Barbara Strzaszewska and Karolina Golda in the final, 7-5, 6-3. In February 2026 in Pszczyna she became the Polish indoor doubles champion: together with Sara Husar she defeated Daroszewska and Strzaszewska, 4-6, 6-4, 11-9. She does not yet have a regular partner; she most often takes the court with fellow Poles and has already collected several titles at home tournaments on the Polish circuit.
