In the first round she beat a Slovak opponent ranked in the 300s, which local press called the best win of her career, and in the quarterfinal she defeated a German player 7–6, 6–2. For reaching the semifinal she received 14 WTA points, which lifted her by about two hundred places; her semifinal opponent was New Zealand's Valentina Ivanov. In the press of Republika Srpska she was called the most improved player in the region. Mikaca has no professional titles yet; according to statistics services, her career match record is close to even, and her best results come on clay. In the 2026 season she played around twenty matches in ten tournaments, winning more than half of them.
