Biography
Warona Mdlulwa is a South African tennis player, born on 17 February 2000. On the professional tour she specializes in doubles. Her regular partner is fellow South African Wozuko Mdlulwa: in the 2026 season they entered tournaments together in Portugal, including in Porto in February and a competition in Jamor near Lisbon, where on an indoor court they met Carole Monnet and Viktoriya Tomova. Warona herself came through ITF junior tournaments, and in the senior tour has established herself at the lower ITF levels. In singles her career-high WTA ranking remained outside the top thousand, and in a separate ITF classification she rose to about No. 630. The 2026 season has been difficult: eight tournaments and only two wins in ten matches. She has no professional titles yet.
