About the tournament
Biella is a men's ATP Challenger Tour tournament held in the Italian city of Biella, played on outdoor clay courts. The tournament has existed since 1998 and has changed its name several times along with its sponsors — Thindown, Pulcra Lachiter, Canella — and since 2025 it has been known as "Città di Biella." The event was hosted at the "I Faggi di Biella" club courts, and from 2021 at the "Tennis Lab Biella" complex. The tournament was not held from 2022 to 2024 and was revived in 2025. The record holder for the most singles titles remains Italian Filippo Volandri with two wins, in 2000 and 2003.
